GOLDEN TICKET | 2026 Nationals Qualifier

USA Pickleball Golden Ticket – Spring Classic, VA

This is a USA Pickleball Sanctioned Tournament. You must be a member of USA Pickleball to sign up.

We are continuing our Paddle Raffle with the best paddles on the market!

We plan to use all 24 courts at Pouncey Tract. This should allow for large brackets, but keep in mind we have sold out for the last 3 years. To the extent available, we will live-stream as many events as possible.

To participate in a Golden Ticket tournament, you must be a Challenger or Champion member. If you are not currently a member, click the button to begin the sign-up process.

Registration Policies

Open players may sign up for either Seniors or Regular Open but not both for any given style of play (gendered doubles, mixed doubles, singles).
All matches will have referees to the extent that referees are available. All pre-medal and medal matches will have referees as required for sanctioning.

Bracket Information

  • Format for all matches with 5 or more teams.
    Winners Bracket
  • This tournament will be double elimination, 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 in the winners bracket.
  • Losers Bracket / Opportunity Bracket
  • One game to 15 win by 2 in the loser bracket. Keep winning or this event is over….
  • The loser’s bracket can win all the way back to the Gold!
  • Some brackets may be merged due to size. We will merge by skill level first, then age. Smaller brackets may be changed to a round robin style of play. The tournament briefing will notify you to any changes of format.
  • This is an outdoor event. Changes may be made/all brackets at the discretion of the tournament director, to any/all brackets up to the start of play in each bracket.

All Open Divisions pay back 100% of event fees to the division(s) signed up for.

Prize monies will be split as follows:

  • Gold – 50%
  • Silver – 30%
  • Bronze – 20%

Withdrawal, Refund and Weather Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you need or choose to withdraw, you will be issued a credit toward a future tournament we run.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY – This is an outdoor tournament. If the weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches. There are no refunds. We will offer a makeup day, if possible, or an event credit for that specific event. If this is your only event, then you will receive a credit for the entire event, less the $15 cost of the swag bag, whether you choose to receive it or not. There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.
