Board Members
The Board is committed to furthering the growth of pickleball among players of all ages and characteristics. It will continue to provide the infrastructure for the development of the sport through the promulgation of official rules, sponsoring and sanctioning tournaments and clinics, ranking players, communicating with its members via email and newsletters, training players at all levels, and otherwise promoting pickleball.
Stephanie Russell

Stephanie's Bio
Stephanie Russell, the daughter of a pickleball devotee and mother of teens, has never before seen a sport or activity bring together generations of family-like pickleball does. The sport is exploding, and, as a recreational player, she is thrilled to be a part of it. Stephanie holds a master’s degree in business administration and has 25 years of experience as an attorney. She has worked on and for Boards of Directors, both for-profit and non-profit, for the last 14 years, including as Assistant Secretary to the Board of an S&P 500 company. Currently, Stephanie is an attorney at The Boeing Company.

Andrew Feffer

Andrew's Bio
Andrew Feffer brings over 30 years of sports industry experience across the professional sports leagues, media and technology. He has led properties in the NFL, NBA, and MLB, including serving as President / COO of the Washington Nationals and NFL Players, Inc. (NFLPA). During this time, Feffer launched the first digital mobile access and payments platforms for teams. He was also at the start-up of the NBA Charlotte Bobcats / Hornets. More recently, he has led sports technology properties delivering integrated digital platforms for membership and access to some of the biggest clubs globally.
Jack Feinberg

Jack's Bio
Jack Feinberg is a retired commercial and personal injury attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience in New Jersey. A graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Akron School of Law, he built a distinguished career as a trial lawyer, mediator, and arbitrator, ultimately leading his own firm, Jack Feinberg, LLC, until his retirement in 2018. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as both an arbitrator and mediator, Jack was a longtime member of the American Arbitration Association. An avid athlete, he is deeply involved in pickleball as a USA Pickleball Ambassador, Certified Referee, Referee Trainer, and Certified Instructor. He currently serves as Vice President of Ventnor Pickleball, Founder of the Cedar Hammock Pickleball Club, and Chair of USA Pickleball’s Drop Serve Review Committee. Jack is married to his wife Judy and is the proud father of two and grandfather of seven.
Ernie Medina

Ernie's Bio
Ernie Medina, Jr. has a Doctorate in Public Health, focusing on preventive care and lifestyle medicine, and has been on the faculty of Loma Linda University since 2015. Prior to that, Ernie spent 21 years in a medical group focusing on lifestyle-related diseases. Ernie started playing pickleball in 2016 and was introduced to the sport by his mom. He is a USAP Ambassador, IFP Ambassador and PPR certified coach. Ernie teaches pickleball as an adjunct professor at LaSierra University and Crafton Hills College and is the Tournament Director for the LLUH Homecoming Pickleball tournament and Halo Halo Cup tournament.
Tori Stevens

Tori's Bio
Tori Stevens boasts over two decades’ worth of global leadership experience in the sports, media and technology industries. Currently, she serves as the CEO for SUP3R, an affiliated company of Superfly. Previously, Stevens held executive positions at GumGum Sports, the Sports Innovation Lab, CSM Sports & Entertainment and the Boston Consulting Group. She also spent 15 years at ESPN where, among many positions, she served as Vice President of Global X Games Events and Operations.
Dave Styler

Dave's Bio
Dave Styler, with an MBA from USC, has worked in finance for over 40 years, including positions as Manager of Financial Analysis and Director of Financial Operations for subsidiaries of Lockheed Corporation. Most recently, Dave spent 18 years as CEO of Logix Federal Credit Union, one of the nation’s largest and most successful credit unions. Dave has served on several finance-industry-related and not-for-profit Boards, including the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and A Noise Within, a Southern California repertory theater company. Dave fell in love with pickleball in 2018, and now plays five or more times per week, often partnering with his wife, who (fortunately) is also addicted to our sport. Dave is a certified PPR coach and occasionally referees at tournaments (although he would rather play). When not on the pickleball court, Dave can be found riding his Harley with friends, skiing in Mammoth Lakes, or entertaining his three grandchildren. Dave and his wife live in Santa Barbara, California.
Erika Von Heiland Strader, OLY

Erika's Bio
Erika recently retired from a 22- year career with The Coca- Cola System where, Erika led the development of a comprehensive community marketing and engagement strategy for Coca-Cola North America Division that strengthened company impact, enhanced system reputation and drove mutual value, through marketing partnerships with long-term, strategic, non-profit partners, that fostered the company’s image as America’s leading corporate citizen and best business partner. Erika also led a comprehensive volunteerism strategy, ensuring a quantifiable difference was made for consumers in their local communities. Erika, a 2- time US Olympic Badminton player (’92 & ’96), enjoys her newfound passion for pickleball. Erika is a PPR Certified Professional Coach, a 5.0 player and is a partner of Let’s Go Pickleball and Padel in Peachtree City, GA. Erika resides in Decatur, GA and is a proud mom to Kennedy (18), who attends the University of GA.
