Teams consist of a wheelchair player and a standing player. If you are a standing player and want to partner with a wheelchair athlete, CLICK HERE to complete the hybrid player interest form. We will do our best to help form hybrid teams. Standing players can receive a $15 discount ($35 total registration). Please express your interest in the discount on the interest form.

Athlete Housing & Host Family Program

To help make tournament travel more accessible and welcoming, we are offering a Host Family Program for adaptive and wheelchair athletes. Whether you’re an athlete in need of accommodations or a local volunteer interested in hosting, you can get involved below.

Need Housing Support?

If you are an athlete traveling to the tournament and need assistance with accommodations, please complete the form below. This information helps us match you with a host family that best fits your needs. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your travel schedule, mobility, and preferences to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

Become a Host Family

We’re seeking local host families in the Colorado Springs area to provide lodging for adaptive and wheelchair athletes during tournament weekend. Athletes have a range of mobility levels, so fully accessible homes are not required. Hosts are asked to provide a safe place to sleep, access to a bathroom, and a welcoming environment. No medical care or specialized assistance is needed, we’ll match you with an athlete based on compatibility and needs.
If you have additional questions before signing up please contact Mick Tingstrom at micktingstrom@gmail.com.
