USA Pickleball Membership Required

To participate in a Golden Ticket tournament, you must be a Challenger or Champion member. If you are not currently a member, click the button to begin the sign-up process.

Registration Policies

  • Maximum team counts may be adjusted during registration as needed.
  • Players may only play in one (1) division per day.
  • Players can change skill level or age group until registration closes. No changes after that time.
  • Please have your tournament profile connected to your own DUPR account.
  • If players are signed up for a bracket BELOW their DUPR at the time of registration, they will be moved to the correct skill bracket.

Singles Registration

  • For players in a singles bracket, it means you have REGISTERED and PAID the fees.
  • It is the players’ responsibility to know if they have signed up for Singles. Please check your registration receipt after checkout.
  • Refunds for Singles events will not be given after the withdrawal deadline.

Doubles Registration

  • Your spot in a bracket is NOT considered complete until both players are registered, paid, and paired for the event.
  • If you are Needing a Partner, it is your responsibility to find a partner. This is NOT done by the Tournament.
  • Before selecting a player as your partner, you MUST have communicated with that player and agreed to play together.
  • Agreement to player is between partners.

Schedule

Brackets will be posted the day of play. Remember that brackets are subject to change until each event starts. Please review the schedule each evening before your event play day.   • Men’s Singles ages 19-80+

  • Men’s Doubles ages 19-54
  • ​Women’s Singles ages 19-80+
  • ​High School Boys Doubles (15-16 / 17-19)
  • High School Girls Doubles (15-16 / 17-19)

  • Mixed Doubles ages 19-54
  • ​High School Boys Singles (17-19)
  • ​Boys Singles (14 & Under / HS 15-16)
    ​Girls Singles (14 & Under / HS 15-16)

Division Information

  • For this tournament, we will have Men’s/Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men’s/Women’s Singles, and Juniors.
  • All events will be Round Robin leading into playoff brackets.
  • USA Pickleball offers five skill levels (3.0–5.0) in age groups from 19–80+.
  • Scoring: Side-out scoring
  • Round Robin Matches: 1 game to 15 points, win by 2
  • Playoff Matches: 1 game to 15 points, win by 2
  • Bronze & Gold Medal Matches: Best 2 of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2
  • Medals: Awarded to original registered divisions, even in combined brackets

Event Format:

  • 4 Teams = Round Robin (all 4 advance to playoffs)
  • 5–7 Teams = Round Robin (top 4 advance to playoffs)
  • 8–9 Teams = Pool Play (all teams advance)
  • 10+ Teams = Pool Play (top 2 from each pool advance)

Partner Replacement Policy

Any registered player who loses a partner after registration has closed; they must replace that partner with an already registered player. This responsibility rests with the players.

Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list, which can be found on the tournament page. Please make sure you have spoken with the player and there is an agreement to partner between you both. We would appreciate one email with your partner included to confirm the partnership.

The replacement player must:

  • have a USA Pickleball membership (Challenger or Champions) and a PickleballTournaments.com profile.
  • meet the skill/age requirements.
  • pay any related fees for tournament/software fees. Fees are non-transferable.
  • Be able to play the scheduled day of the event.

Please email new partner information to Tournaments@usapickleball.org no later than 4pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Approved partner changes will receive an email confirmation.

Withdrawal, Refund and Weather Policy

Last date to withdraw and request a refund is January 11, 2026.

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY

  • If the cancellation deadline hasn’t passed, the player withdrawing from the event would be refunded, less $20 withdrawal fee and the software fees.
  • If the registration deadline has passed, then the player withdrawing would not be refunded the player entry fee.
    Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after the cancellation deadline, as stated above, unless the Registration & Weather Protection has been purchased.
  • During open registration (start of registration to close of registration), you may choose to purchase the Registration & Weather Protection in the event you have to withdraw from a division, or the entire tournament, after the cancellation deadline, as stated above.
  • Refunds after the cancellation deadline are processed up to 30 days from the end of the tournament.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Many of our tournaments are outdoor events. If weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, USA Pickleball will do everything we can to continue play, but your safety is our number one priority! The Tournament Director will evaluate each situation to determine if play can be resumed, rescheduled, or cancelled.

During registration, you may choose to purchase Registration & Weather Protection. Please see the policy for coverage details. This protection will also cover your event fee in case your event is cancelled due to weather without a make-up day option.
