For the third year USA Pickleball and NASO (National Association of Sports Officials) have combined to support USA Pickleball referees. NASO is the authority on sports officiating with members including the NFL, NBA, NHL, FIFA, all NCAA sports, USTA, USA Hockey, Volleyball, Baseball, Football, Soccer and many others.
NASO offers a discounted membership to all USAP referees including Verified Trainees. NASO also offers insurance and protection for officials. They offer some legal advice and tax forms. They have a great publication. While Pickleball Officiating is not always included in their magazine, there are many good pieces of officiating advice worth reading. NASO offers discount codes on Marriott hotels.
