USA Pickleball (USAP), the National Governing Body for the sport of pickleball in the United States, is excited to announce the election of Dave Styler, Erika Von Heiland Strader, and Jack Feinberg to its Board of Directors. All three will begin their three-year terms on January 1, 2026, bringing diverse leadership experience, professional expertise, and a shared passion for advancing the sport of pickleball.
“We are excited to welcome Dave, Erika, and Jack to the USA Pickleball Board of Directors,” said Robert Quicksilver, Board Chair for USA Pickleball. “Each of them brings unique skills, experience, and perspectives that will make a substantial contribution to our Board. I’m confident their leadership and dedication will help guide USA Pickleball into its next phase of growth and community impact.”
About the New Board Members
Dave Styler – Based in Santa Barbara, California, Dave Styler holds an MBA from USC and brings more than 40 years of financial and executive experience, including 18 years as CEO of Logix Federal Credit Union. A passionate pickleball player since 2018, he is a PPR-certified coach, tournament referee, and avid community volunteer who enjoys playing the sport with his wife several times a week.
Erika Von Heiland Strader – A two-time U.S. Olympian in badminton (1992 & 1996), Erika recently retired from a 22-year career with The Coca-Cola System, where she led national community engagement initiatives. A PPR Certified Professional Coach and 5.0 player, Erika lives in Decatur, Georgia, and serves as an Advisory Board Partner of Let’s Go Pickleball and Padel in Peachtree City.
Jack Feinberg – From Naples, Florida, Jack Feinberg is a retired attorney with more than four decades of experience in litigation, mediation, and arbitration. A USA Pickleball Ambassador, Certified Referee, and Instructor, he serves as Vice President of Ventnor Pickleball, Founder of Cedar Hammock Pickleball Club, and Chair of USAP’s Drop Serve Review Committee.
