USA Pickleball, the National Governing Body for the sport, today announced the inaugural USA Pickleball Wheelchair National Championships, a first-of-its-kind national championship dedicated exclusively to wheelchair pickleball athletes. The historic event will take place June 19–21, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is hosted in partnership with Peak Pickleball. Registration is now open.
This landmark event marks a major milestone in the growth of adaptive pickleball, establishing a premier national platform for wheelchair athletes.

The championship will feature competition in singles, doubles, and hybrid doubles, welcoming athletes of all skill levels from first-time competitors to national-caliber players. Designed specifically for wheelchair play, the event will deliver a high-performance, inclusive environment that prioritizes both competitive excellence and athlete experience.
